The warranty does not cover leakage. The pot is suitable for outdoor use only.
For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the pot for water drainage.
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of underfloor feet.
Black coloured planters lose their black colour over time. The manufacturer recommends painting the pots 2 to 4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and renew the colour, which can be purchased in the accessories section.

Due to handmade and heavy handling (especially applicable for medium and large jumbo pots), pots may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the pot quality and is not a defect. Pots are not surface perfect, minor colour variations or different shades in places are not grounds for complaint.
